Description: If you need something therapeutic to do, try some hand shredded ginger mushrooms.
Ingredients
- 300g baby king oyster mushrooms
- 6 shiso leaves, sliced and crushed
- 2 tbsp ginger, minced
- 6 tbsp netural oil
- 1 tbsp sichuan peppercorn oil
- 1 tsp coconut palm sugar
- 1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt
Directions
- Prep mushrooms by shredding them into thin pieces.
- Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl except oil.
- Heat oil in pan until smoking and pour into the mixing bowl.
- Mix well and microwave for another minute or two until all the mushrooms are cooked.
