Description: If you need something therapeutic to do, try some hand shredded ginger mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 300g baby king oyster mushrooms
  • 6 shiso leaves, sliced and crushed
  • 2 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 6 tbsp netural oil
  • 1 tbsp sichuan peppercorn oil
  • 1 tsp coconut palm sugar
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt

Directions

  1. Prep mushrooms by shredding them into thin pieces.
  2. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl except oil.
  3. Heat oil in pan until smoking and pour into the mixing bowl.
  4. Mix well and microwave for another minute or two until all the mushrooms are cooked.
