Ingredients
- 2 c. Ripe jackfruit cut into small strips
- 1-2 Limes
- 1 Diced tomato
- 1/2 c. Heart of palm (optional)
- 1/3 c. Diced jicama (optional)
- 1/2 c. Diced red bell pepper
- 1/3 c Cilantro
- 1/2 Jalapeño pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 c. Cucumber
Directions
- To make sauce: finely chopped jalapeño pepper put in a small bowl then add grated fresh ginger, lime juice and a little salt to taste. Mix the ingredients well.
- Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and add the sauce and mix everything well.
- Let it sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to let all ingredients absorb into the sauce before serving or you can serve it right away.
- Serve with any kind of lettuce you like. Enjoy!
