Ingredients
- (A) 1 box extra firm tofu
- (A) 2 tbsp potato starch
- (A) 1 tsp soy sauce or tamari
- (B) Shimeji/beech/straw mushrooms 1 inch long including stem
Directions
- Blend (A) in a food processor
- Wash (B) to remove any dirt and coat in potato starch
- Wrap each piece with (A)
- Coat each piece in potato starch and fry in oil until slightly golden
- Season with pepper salt and enjoy!
