Vegan  Vegetarian  Gluten-Free  Moderate

Ingredients

  • (A) 1 box extra firm tofu
  • (A) 2 tbsp potato starch
  • (A) 1 tsp soy sauce or tamari
  • (B) Shimeji/beech/straw mushrooms 1 inch long including stem

Directions

  1. Blend (A) in a food processor
  2. Wash (B) to remove any dirt and coat in potato starch
  3. Wrap each piece with (A)
  4. Coat each piece in potato starch and fry in oil until slightly golden
  5. Season with pepper salt and enjoy!
